This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the areas of communication and IT change management and to make a significant contribution to our company. As part of a dynamic team, you will work to improve internal communication and successfully shape change in the IT landscape. If you are motivated to take on this challenge, we look forward to getting to know you better!

Your Tasks:

• You support the development and implementation of our internal communication. 
• You create content for various platforms such as Confluence, intranet, emails, presentations, videos, etc. 
• You maintaining and updating our knowledge content and FAQs on a regular basis 
• You will be involved in the creation and editing of AI videos for user training. 
• You support the measurement and evaluation of the success of our communication activities. 
• You will help with the organization and implementation of internal company events such as user training. 
• You prepare technical topics in the IT workplace/M365 environment.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in the field of: (business) informatics, marketing, media informatics or a comparable qualification
• Great interest in digitization topics
• Enjoyment of technology and creativity in its application
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Desired Skills:

• Ideally initial experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams (communication and change management)
• Experience or interest in creating communication content for different platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
