INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe is a young 360 -Marketing- and Communications Agency Network. We were originally founded as a subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Group in South Korea in 2005. Since coming to Frankfurt in 2007, today, you will find our offices with more than 250 employees from 35 nationalities across eight European locations, with Frankfurt being the European Headquarter. We are responsible for the entire marketing communication of our two automotive brands Hyundai and Kia. Our declared aim is to convince existing and new clients outside the automotive industry of our expertise, inspire them and grow together. 

For our IT Team in  Berlin, we are looking for our new: 

Working Student IT (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Assistance as 1st level support
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
• Malfunction analysis, troubleshooting, and repair on phone/remote or on site
• Supporting client systems and adaptation to existing systems in the Microsoft server environment
• Authorization management in the Active Directory and in the data system 

Your Profile:

• You’re currently enrolled in an university in a degree with a strong focus on IT
• Advanced knowledge in the areas of hardware (client/server), MS Office and Windows/ MacOS client operating systems
• Basic knowledge of Network Technology, DNS/DHCP and Windows server operating systems
• Experience in User Support is desirable
• Independent and service-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken English; German a plus, but not mandatory
