We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the field of Retail Consulting. Our consulting programs focuses on classical Sales and Aftersales topics as well as overarching areas such as business management, digital strategy, and customer experience. We aim to increase the performance of our dealerships by optimising structures, processes and behaviours measured by clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI). 

What awaits you?

• You support the Portfolio and Market Management team in developing, setting up and implementing international consulting projects.
• You will have respective work packages within individual projects.
• Furthermore, you will support our team in steering rollouts of consulting projects running in more than 30 countries.
• You help our team in all tasks related to realising another inspiring and innovative conference (optional).

What should you bring along?

• Currently enrolled student (or between bachelor and master) with above-average achievements.
• Fluent in English, German and further language skills desirable.
• Advanced in handling of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability.
• Highly resilient and flexible in dealing with cross-functional teams and group projects.
• Creative and ready to come up with new and innovative ideas and willing to tackle new tasks.
• Fun to work with, communicative and able to work effectively in a (sometimes virtual) team.
