Intern - Launch and Expansion (all genders)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our ambitious expansion team as an Expansion & Launch Intern and play a crucial role in driving our growth by opening new studios! In this dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership of projects from day one. You will independently manage the launch process for new studios, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Ownership: Under the guidance of an expansion manager, you will be the project owner for new studio launches, overseeing all aspects of the process.
• End-to-End Execution: Execute all tasks necessary for opening a new location, from managing the project timeline to assembling furniture and setting up the studio.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and manage various stakeholders, including handymen, suppliers, and city teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient launch.
• Process Optimization: Assist in defining and optimizing the launch process, contributing to developing our launch playbook.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of new studios to improve our forecasting abilities and enhance future launch strategies.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in or graduated from a top-tier university in business, economics, engineering, or another related field
• You have gained first working experience in a competitive environment like consulting, finance or a high-growth start-up
• You have a hands-on mentality and provide goal-oriented work, with a desire to learn and develop quickly
• You are a teamplayer, you can work independently and you like to work with people from different backgrounds
• You feel comfortable with the fast-paced startup culture
• You are willing to travel across Germany
• You are fluent in English and at least B2 in German
• You are available for 4-6 months and can start in August or September
