About the role

We are looking for a Working Student Operative Purchasing (m/f/d) to support our Corporate IT team.

What you will do

• You will request quotes for IT-Hardware/Peripherals/Network
• You will place orders
• You will handle deliveries and reclamations
• You will communicate with suppliers
• You will communicate with internal stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed

• Student of Business Administration or Procurement
• Safe handling of Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Teams, etc…)
• Fluent in German (Level C2) and very good English skills (both written and spoken)
• A plus, Initial experience in operative purchasing
• A plus, USU Knowledge
• Available for 1 year
