Working student position in the area of MB.OS software development & tool chain in drive development from July 2024

In our RD/EDB (Drive Systems Software Baselayer) department, we are looking for a motivated working student to support the development of various generations of the drive control unit as part of the MB.OS Software Development & Toolchain team.

In this role, you will take on an important function by helping to design tools for software development.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Supporting the project team:
• in the implementation of CI pipelines based on GitLab/CI
• in the development of desktop and web applications with C#/.Net/WPF
• in the development of scripts with Yaml, Python or PowerShell

• Ongoing studies in engineering, computer science or a comparable technical degree program
• Interest in the automotive industry and the development of software solutions in the automotive sector
• Experience in software development based on the .Net framework
• Confident handling of Git
• Knowledge of scripting with Yaml, Python or PowerShell
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
