Growth Marketing Intern (m/f/d)

About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to join one of our portfolio companies and support its growth strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on managing the partnership program and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A French pet care company focusing on cat and dog owners to provide a monthly subscription based pet insurance. It not only grants chat functionalities with vets but also direct payment solutions when visiting a vet.

In this role, you’ll:

• Expand and manage the partnership program with dog trainers and breeders
• Take on strategic as well as executive ownership to bring the referral program to the next level
• Develop and execute ad hoc marketing campaigns (e.g. with affiliate partners)
• Work with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and materials for German customers
• Create benchmark analyses of competitors and related industries
• Assist with other tasks related to the German market expansion as needed

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a university or a fresh graduate in marketing, business studies or a related field 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and enjoy working autonomously as well as in teams
• Fluent in German and in English, with excellent communication skills

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
