Job Description

We are an international, agile team responsible for strategic sales. Among other things, we focus on the further development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and our eXtra Loyalty programme.

• During your internship, you will be involved in various work packages related to our CRM tool and the eXtra loyalty programme.
• You will assist with compliance tracking for global digital applications across web and apps, as well as supporting the team with day-to-day data analysis, data quality checks, survey analysis, tool development and uploads.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for organising meetings, appointments and events and the subsequent documentation.
• You will also be involved in surveys (e.g. UX) and subsequent data analysis using various analysis tools.
• Additionally, you will be in charge of the development and maintenance of internal departmental web platforms and social media pages.
• In our team, you will be able to work creatively, proactively and independently on your own topics and contribute your own ideas.
• Finally, you will experience international collaboration across departments and teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: technical IT skills and understanding, process knowledge, experience in Sales, IT or CRM would be beneficial
• Personality and Working Practice:  team-minded, structured, independent, analytical, customer-oriented, communicative, reliable and flexible
• Languages: very good in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
