Your Tasks
Topic: "Development of a method for the calculation of delaminations in fibre composite structures"
- Literature research regarding the influence of circular delaminations on the mesh
- Comparison of structured/non-structured mesh calculations
- Creation of a tool for structured mesh generation in ABAQUS
- Application of the calculation method at component level
- Documentation of the results
Your Qualifications
- Enrolled student in the Master's programme: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- Knowledge of technical calculation and composite materials
- Initial experience in working with FEM (e.g. Abaqus)
- First programming experience with Python (desirable)
- Independent, structured and goal-orientated way of working
