Your contribution

• Support in the ongoing succession planning activities (global process support, evaluation, etc.)
• Support in the implementation and evaluation of the annual performance management process
• Support in the revision of a globally standardized onboarding & offboarding process
• Support in day-to-day operations
• Takeover of own sub-projects

Your strengths

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of (business) psychology, sociology, social pedagogy or a comparable course of study
•  Initial practical experience in the field of talent development / personnel development, for example through internships or working student activities
•  Enthusiasm for talent development topics
•  Enjoy conceptual tasks
• Openness, ability to work in a team and reliability Good MS Office skills
• Fluency in German and English
