Flexible temporary help (students/bridge workers) for the Rastatt production plant winter semester 2024/25

Mercedes-Benz AG is responsible for the global business of Mercedes-Benz Cars and Mercedes-Benz Vans worldwide. The company focuses on the development, production and sale of passenger cars and vans as well as services.

We offer students/temporary workers the opportunity to take on a flexible temporary position at the Rastatt plant with the following tasks, among others:

• Assembly work
• Forklift driving
• Car body construction
• Support in the customer center
• Surface work

Flexible employment means for you:

Before starting employment, we will ask you about your possible periods (weekly - at least 30 working days in total) in the period from 01.10.2024 to 31.03.2025.

Please note: the recruitment/qualification days will take place in week 40. Participation in one or more days in this week (depending on the area of application) is mandatory.

Based on a 35-hour week, we will deploy you flexibly according to our requirements and taking into account your specified deployment periods.

You will work directly on the production lines and be part of the action at Mercedes-Benz AG.

• You are at least 18 years old and can work flexibly from Monday to Saturday
• You are an enrolled student (no semester off!) or are in a bridging period (between school and studies/training, please enclose proof)
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• You are available for the above-mentioned campaign period
• Ideally, you have a class B driver's license. An existing forklift license is an advantage for the logistics area (please enclose proof)
• Willingness to work full days in shifts
• You enjoy working in a team
