Internship in the field of e-learning from September 2024

At IL Training & Qualification Team, we are responsible for the planning, design and implementation of e-learning/web-based training courses on the topics of integrity, compliance, law and sustainability.

We are a creative team with a high proportion of project work and digital collaboration. As part of your internship, you will gain exciting insights into the implementation of the global web-based training program. We also look forward to your support in day-to-day operations.

Your tasks and topics:

• You will work on the creation of e-learning/web-based training courses for internal employees or modules for external business partners with a focus on integrity, compliance, law and sustainability
• You support us in the graphic and content design of our web-based training courses and can contribute your creative ideas
• You work in a highly motivated, international team and are in close contact with other specialist departments across the Group (Purchasing, Communications, Integrity, Governance & Sustainability, R&D, etc.) as well as with external service providers
• You help us organize and conduct internal meetings and workshops and actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our training portfolio
• You feel comfortable using digital tools and play an active role in our digital transformation
• You enjoy working independently and taking on sub-projects

• You are currently completing a degree with a focus on communication sciences, media management, business administration/economics, law, business education, psychology, business ethics, sustainability management or a comparable course of study
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of training or e-learning and are able to translate complex issues and topics into training courses in an understandable, attractive and appealing way
• Ideally, you already have experience with authoring tools and/or Jira (Kanban boards). If not, you will learn it with us!
• You bring new ideas and concepts that we can incorporate into our training projects (new formats, AI, etc.)
• You are familiar with the use of MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in project management
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Your strengths include quick comprehension, creative ideas, very good communication skills, organizational skills, reliability, an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team
• Your induction will be ensured by your supervisor in the team
• Hybrid working model possible
