Internship in the Change Management team from October 2024

Tasks:

As part of your internship, you will mainly be entrusted with tasks in the area of Change Management RD. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the further development of change management processes and methods, taking into account the Mercedes-Benz Operating System and with new platforms. Ideally, you can contribute your knowledge of digitalization/automation or AI support to optimization approaches. You will ensure communication and transparency with the responsible authorities (worldwide) regarding the disciplines of emissions, range, consumption, noise and OBD. You will also have the opportunity to play an operational role in engineering changes (EC) to cross-product group components.

At the interface between engineering, production, IT, purchasing, quality and business administration, you will get to know the organization and working methods of the Mercedes-Benz Cars (MBC) Group and have the opportunity to work with representatives from the various divisions.

Your tasks will include:

• Strategic processing of topics to optimize change management
• Situational takeover of topics in the context of the consistency of software processes
• Committee management (process committees and operational change management committees)
• Maturity level assurance of engineering changes (cooperation with relevant specialist departments)
• Preparation of presentations, analysis and processing of data exports as well as graphical representation of figures, data and facts
• Creation of training content using visualization techniques

Degree program:

• Engineering or a comparable course of study

Language skills:

• Confident written and spoken German and English skills

IT skills:

• Confident handling of MS Office
