This challenge awaits you:

Requirements and knowledge management are central elements of development that we are constantly optimizing. We are looking for support in this area in order to automate processes in the requirements management of vehicle components and control units and to optimize the overarching knowledge management. To this end, optimization potentials in the existing processes are to be defined together with the project team and then implemented.

Your Tasks:

• Identify automation potential in the area of requirements engineering and requirements review
• Creating and expanding scripts and programs to optimize the creation of specifications
• Automation of formal requirements reviews and (partial) quality assurance activities in development projects
• Development and expansion of a cross-project knowledge management wiki in Confluence
• Implementation of macros to improve workflows on existing Confluence project pages

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
• Programming skills, preferably VBA, Python, C++ or C# (C-Sharp)
• Good user knowledge of Atlassian Confluence
• Good knowledge of German and English

Desired Skills:

• Experience in requirements management is desirable
• Structured and independent way of working

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10.
