Your tasks
- You will support our global, international project and leadership teams in various projects in the areas of transformation, strategy implementation and change management.
- You collaborate in the design and implementation of change management measures.
- Furthermore you will Assist in the planning, organization and follow-up of workshops and training sessions.
- The preparation of presentations, communication documents and other future-oriented formats for our various target groups is also part of your tasks.
- Taking on exciting research work for concepts or new, innovative cultural transformation formats and direct support with design & rollout rounds off your topic area.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business administration, human resources, psychology, communication or applied sciences or a related course of study.
- You have a strong interest in topics such as corporate strategy, organizational development and change management.
- Fluent language skills in English and experience in using common MS Office tools are a must.
- You are characterized by good communicationStrong communication and teamwork skills.
- You also bring good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working.
