Your position:

As a job alongside your studies, you will support us in the implementation of our legal processes. Support in the area of contract management, researching new legal regulations and preparing presentations are just some of the things you will be doing.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the Legal department in its daily work
  • Contract review
  • Preparation and participation in coordination meetings with other departments
  • Pre-sorting the public mailbox
• Processing legal issues and researching legal topics
• Supervision of contract and document management (digitization of existing contract data)
• Support in the implementation of internal compliance processes
  • Processing existing Group specifications
  • Preparation of training presentations
  • Preparation of internal compliance training courses

Qualifikationen

What you bring with you:

• you are currently studying law, business law or similar and are at least in your second semester
• you already have basic knowledge of contract law
• you work carefully and responsibly
• you are well organized and reliable
• your communication skills are well developed
• you are confident in using IT programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
