In the Customer Experience area in the RD/VSX department, we develop immersive customer experiences and best-in-class functions. We take our motivation from the shining eyes of our customers. Together with our partners from Design, MB.OS, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, the product divisions and many other specialist areas, we create productions and experiences for the vehicles of tomorrow.
To this end, we are expanding our department for the conception and development of complete vehicle staging and are looking for motivated students who enjoy the realization of digital and cross-functional customer functions.

These are some of the challenges you will face and can actively help shape:

• Support in the control and development of cross-functional staging functions in the complete vehicle
• Supporting the specification, testing and release of functions as well as maturity level reporting
• Participation in the creation of business cases in the area of multisensory immersive entertainment
• Establishment and further development of the working model for overall vehicle staging
• Development of demonstrators to present the functions that can be experienced and support decision-making processes
• Support in the representation of customer functions

• Engineering or business studies with an affinity for automotive engineering
• Confident handling of MS Power Point and Excel
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical and creative way of thinking and strategic way of working

Desirable:

• Experience in the development of software projects
• Experience in the field of user interaction or a comparable field of activity with a customer focus
• Experience in emotional product design
