Internship in Project Management IT System Conversion from September 2024

Our division offers an exciting internship position in the field of project management, specifically focused on supporting the introduction of a new IT infrastructure. As an intern, you will become part of our project team and have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the project work of a globally active automobile manufacturer.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Supporting the project management in planning, managing and controlling the project to realize and implement new processes
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of project documents, such as schedules, budget overviews and status reports
• Participation in project meetings and workshops and recording of results
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Support with risk analysis and issue management
• Collaboration in quality assurance and documentation of project progress

• Degree in industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
