Internship in the Digital Commerce team from October 2024

Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH is responsible for the development, range and marketing of technical and high-quality Genuine Accessories & Collection items for the Mercedes-Benz, AMG and Maybach brands. We meet the highest standards in terms of aesthetics, design, quality and innovation - and last but not least, of course, attention to detail is also important to us.

Our approximately 250 employees form the foundation of our success. Become part of the team as an intern in the online store team with a focus on campaign management and communication from October 2024.

These are some of the challenges you will face

Campaign management:

• Creation of email marketing campaigns
• Conception of search engine optimized landing pages: Development of a communication concept for various landing pages and implementation in the Shopware 6 backend system
• Uploading and linking various content in the Shopware 6 online store backend system for the web store (mega menu, category pages)
• Creation of various resources (images and GIFs) in Photoshop according to corporate design and style sheets for various online marketing campaigns
• Development of proposals for campaign assortments in MS Excel

Operational activities in the online store:

• Independent processing of 2nd level support for customer inquiries in the official Mercedes-Benz online store mailbox: analysis, internal coordination and resolution of customer incidents
• Support with operational activities of the official Mercedes-Benz Collection online store

Qualifikationen

Qualification:

• Degree in business or communication sciences, business informatics or similar, ideally with a focus on marketing, communication or media management
• Enrollment at a university or transition phase between Bachelor's & Master's degree program
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with content management systems an advantage
• Commitment, ability to work in a team and analytical mindset required
• Creativity, flexibility and open-mindedness appreciated
• Reliability and enjoy working with people
