Mandatory internship in the training area of the Mercedes-Benz production system from September 2024

We are the first point of contact for lean management (Mercedes-Benz production system) in the automotive division. In our role as an internal training center, we develop lean training concepts for the company, provide advice on qualification topics and train managers and employees.

We offer you an internship for a period of 6 months in the central training center of the MPS (Mercedes-Benz Production System) learning platform. Our organizational headquarters are located in Untertürkheim, but you will carry out your work directly on our practice-oriented learning platforms at the Sindelfingen or Untertürkheim (Bad Cannstatt) plant.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Further development of the MPS learning platforms at the Sindelfingen/Untertürkheim plant
• Co-development of concepts for training courses and their marketing
• Design and optimization of individual area elements of our learning platforms
• Optimization of documents for our training courses as well as their preparation and follow-up
• Design and optimization of web-based training and other digital learning activities

• Degree course with a focus on marketing, communication management, education, media management, graphic design or similar
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Team-oriented way of working
• Structured, independent thinking and acting
• Creativity and initiative
• Ability to cooperate and enjoy working with people

Please note that your internship at this location must include a mandatory component.
