Internship in One-to-One Marketing Digital Products & in-car/in-app Communication from September 2024

Our One-to-One Marketing team designs the direct and individualized approach to our customers for digital extras, apps and car software for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. We place a special focus on in-app and in-car communication, using data to deliver targeted recommendations and individually relevant messages - e.g. via the Mercedes me app or directly via the head unit in our vehicles.

You will work on these challenges:

• Creating individual, case-based communication for Digital Extras, apps and car software - on-demand, automated or context-based.
• Defining (new) customer journeys, testing new channels and playout options.
• Control of channel-specific possibilities in segmentation, tracking and playout using A/B tests.
• Measuring success, deriving lessons learned and direct application in further communication.
• Ensuring brand-appropriate communication via our own channels.
• Orchestrating the in-car/in-app channels and planning via our one-to-one communication tool.

Your goal: Fast implementation of customer-oriented and efficient communication.

• Degree course with a focus on (digital) marketing/communication, communication science or similar
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Customer orientation
• Initial experience in digital/data-driven marketing desirable
• Initial experience in international projects desirable
• Commitment and motivation to shape communication together with us
