Working student position in the RD Planning and Control department from December 2024

Then join us! We are a cross-center department in the component area RD/K in passenger car development, which deals with all planning and control issues relating to interior, exterior, body shell and safety.

This includes vehicle components such as bumpers, headlights, body shells through to control units and seats, whether A-Class or S-Class. A major focus of the tasks lies in the planning and control of supplier development costs.

Among other things, this involves analyzing and managing the development-side awards to suppliers for efficient cost planning. Diverse tasks in an exciting environment await you. We are looking for independent, motivated and committed students.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Preparation and creation of overarching planning and controlling documents (presentations, decision templates
• Support in the planning and control of supplier development costs
• Creating controlling evaluations in SAP/Excel
• Maintenance of planning and controlling tools and independent further development
• Preparation and creation of supplier orders
• Collaboration on current projects and support in operational tasks
• Constant exchange of information for the management of supplier allocations with various departments in Development and Purchasing

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, information technology, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• High conceptual competence, pronounced goal and result orientation, strong communication skills, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Good technical understanding and an affinity for numbers and our products
