Working student position in the Customer Experience department for the Sindelfingen customer center from September 2024

Your tasks in detail:

• In the Sindelfingen Center Management team, you will be responsible for processing individual customer and visitor inquiries from all over the world regarding our plant tours through the Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen plant
• To this end, you will be involved in a lively exchange and coordination within the team and with adjacent work areas
• You will be involved in the coordination and management of relevant service providers and agencies to ensure that the plant tours run smoothly
• In order to provide visitors and customers with the best possible customer experience, you will help to develop, refine and introduce processes and standards and contribute your knowledge from your studies
• You will also help with the creation of presentation and communication documents that are presented to management
• The further development and optimization of the online booking system for plant tours, in cooperation with our IT service provider, is also part of your area of responsibility
• Operating the customer center hotline
• Welcoming and looking after conference guests
• Processing individual conference inquiries

• Degree in business administration with a focus on event management, marketing and corporate communications or a comparable course of study
• Experience in dealing with customers and visitors
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint...)
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Brand affinity
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Eloquence and strong communication skills
