We put Mercedes-Benz Cars on the road - with enthusiasm and passion! Product Management Service & Customer Experience works on key levers relating to the Mercedes-Benz Service division and is therefore one of the main earnings drivers in Customer Services. In addition to the topic of Customer Experience (CX), the range of topics includes the development of innovative service products and concepts, the digitalization of key customer processes, the standardization of processes and end-to-end responsibility for the service business across all sales levels. In our team, we manage key levers of services and our focus is on offering our current and future customers an outstanding experience.

This includes in particular

  • Market research, voice of customer & customer feedback
  • Design and development of new service products as well as analysis and review of the existing portfolio
  • Screening initiatives for the design of ideal online and offline touchpoints
  • Analysis and evaluation of existing customer processes and digital customer solutions
  • Designing and developing the after-sales customer journey and customer experience as well as deriving needs for action

Your tasks will include

  • Participating in the CX product management team in project work as well as researching and summarizing the content of studies
  • Shaping the global, internal communication of the service business and its initiatives and measures via the appropriate media (e.g. social intranet, newsletter, PowerPoints, videos)
  • Collaboration with other departments such as Marketing / Communications, Product Management Digital Services and others
  • Collaboration in rollout and budget planning for the entire service business as well as in committee and stakeholder management
  • Reporting on the service business and conducting analyses to identify deviations and trends
  • Participation in strategic market research projects and support for sub-projects
  • Target group-oriented analysis of data and studies as well as preparation and communication of results

Qualifikationen
  • Degree in business administration, marketing & digital media, media and communication design, PR or a comparable course of study
  • Confident handling of common IT tools such as MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, other design tools also welcome
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
