Your Future Team
Your Role

        Members of the Program and Third Party Management team are among the first in the company to get involved in new initiatives at Solaris. As a Program and Third Party Management Working Student, you will gain                  invaluable experience across, Program Management (inc. Audit steering) and/or third party risk management under German banking law in a fast-paced environment. 

• Data collection, extraction, cleaning, mapping and processing of Data from Contracts.
• Maintaining and validating the information under our SSOT for our contracts
• Contributing to overall third party management initiatives within the organization
• Collaboration with the Team for the timely delivery of reporting involving (but not limited to) weekly, monthly and ad-hoc presentations or data-driven status updates for both internal an external stakeholders
• Coordination and delivery of ongoing audit requests (eg. from external and internal auditors)
• Ongoing support on administrative tasks such as organizational topics G-sheets, Confluence, Jira,Egnyte
• Manage stakeholder relationship and drive follow-ups as needed

• You are a bachelor Student or post bachelor student within the field of Business Administration,Economics, Law, Finance, Risk, Data or any related field of study.
• Strong Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) required also GoogleSheets.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
• General Interest in Program, Audit and Third Party Management or any Control function
• Knowledge with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is an asset.
• You have strong analytical and project management skills and ability to grasp the bigger picture/common aim for several stakeholders and to think out of the box and eager to improve.
• Interest in Fintech, Banking and Regulatory landscape.
