We shape the energy transition! In the Business Unit Home Solutions, we develop holistic energy solutions for residential homes. With our SMA Energy System, our customers can not only generate solar energy – we also provide solutions to optimally utilize/distribute the generated solar power throughout the entire house. Supply household appliances with solar power, charge electric vehicles in a climate-neutral way, and efficiently control heating – with the SMA Energy System Home, this can be done automatically using 100% green electricity from the roof. Support our team in all tasks and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Your daily tasks

• Information: You assist us in data retrieval and information analysis for various projects within the Home segment
• Evaluation: Based on the information, you collaborate with the team to create queries. The goal is to continuously and sustainably improve the quality of our data
• Efficiency: You help us streamline processes, including selecting and utilizing relevant software (JIRA, Tableau, SAP Analytics)
• Automation: You propose automation solutions for tasks, including incorporating AI

Your skills are needed

• Education: Pursuing a technical degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, data science, mathematics, etc.)
• Solution-Oriented: Strong interest in numbers, data, and facts
• Analytical Abilities: Some experience in data analysis is desirable but not mandatory
• Language Qualifications: Effective communication in an open, agile team; language proficiency in English (Level C1) and German (Level B2) required

Your checklist

• You are enrolled as a student
• You have approximately 15 hours per week available and can support us for at least 12 months, preferably longer
• You’ll receive fair compensation and benefit from additional perks
• Hybrid work is possible—you can work both on-site and from home. Don’t worry; we’ll provide you with everything you need. During the onboarding phase and for regular meetings, the possibility of working on-site should be available
