Working Student (f/m/d) Investment Accounting in Stuttgart

Tasks

Reinforcement of the team and responsible for the management of a portfolio of Luxembourgish real estate companies

• Support in training, control, and quality assurance of the external accounting partner
• Ongoing analyses and quality controls in the LU portfolio
• Participation in the quarterly closing activities according to IFRS + MVBS, independent assumption of partial tasks for the portfolio
• Participation in the preparation, execution, and optimization of closing processes for the entire international portfolio
• Support in the preparation of analyses on balance sheet and income statement data
• Ongoing maintenance + optimization of departmental internal reporting tools
• Recording, documentation, and optimization of selected accounting-relevant processes in collaboration with team colleagues
• • Implementation of controls within the framework of the internal control system for the quarterly closing

Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Enrolled student in an economics-related course of study
• Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel
• Proactive and quick comprehension
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Very good German and good English language skills are required
