Working student position in the Rollout Management Team from October 2024

At GCSP/BW, we are responsible for the global development of the customer service business.

The "Market, Business Performance & Rollout Management" (GCSP/BWM) department plays a key role in this by managing sales performance across all levers and regions. We work "performance-oriented" on the basis of sales/rollout data and "collaboratively" with our partners. For our partners in the market organizations and for central product management teams, we are a trusted advisor on all issues relating to customer service.

One pillar of business performance management in customer service is the successful rollout of central initiatives.

You can expect these tasks in detail:

• You will support the creation of specific rollout concepts, taking into account the requirements relevant to the project and target market together with the respective rollout specialist
• You are responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of internal team reports and support the further development of internal team templates for rollout activities
• You support (team-internal) events and other virtual workshops in the preparation of documents and the implementation of the respective event, including the supervision of feedback queries and their result evaluations
• You are jointly responsible in the team for topics related to the interview tool in order to obtain and evaluate structured feedback from the markets and from retail
• You will also get an outside perspective by supporting internal departmental tasks from other teams as required
• You will be part of a great team - that is there for each other to move mountains - but also to celebrate when we have achieved our goals

• Degree in business administration or economics or a comparable course of study
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Practical experience ideally in the after-sales environment and/or in the automotive industry
• Business fluent in German and English, other languages desirable
• Ideally knowledge of the GCSP organization as well as market and retail reference available
