Internship in Global Employer Branding from October 2024

Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. With Mercedes-Benz AG and the Mercedes-Benz Cars, Mercedes-Benz Vans and Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG divisions, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest and most successful providers of luxury passenger cars.

Our team, responsible for Global Employer Branding, has set itself the goal of ensuring that Mercedes-Benz is an attractive employer worldwide and for all relevant target groups. We communicate this via our own social media channels, our careers website and through creative advertising campaigns.

We are looking for an intern who has experience in marketing communication, loves and lives social media and has taken photos and even made small videos. Together with you, we want to provide interesting insights into the world of work at Mercedes-Benz worldwide and create content that is both attractive and authentic. In addition, you will not only gain insights into our department, but also into the many different areas we work with.

You will face these challenges:

• Creating and editing moving images for social media
• Creating and editing images
• Writing short texts in English for social media posts
• Organizing, preparing and (actively) participating in photo shoots for our employees
• Researching and acquiring new testimonials and their stories within the company
• Supporting our social media manager and the entire team in operational business

• Degree course in the field of (digital) marketing, media/communication sciences or comparable fields of study
• Practical experience in digital media and social media
• Knowledge and experience in the creation of videos (Premiere Pro)
• High level photography and image editing (Photoshop)
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team
• Desire for marketing communication and people!
