Working student position in Conference Management - Customer Center from September 2024

Your tasks in detail:

• Processing individual conference requests
• Planning and implementing internal and external conferences
• Agency management as well as obtaining and evaluating customer feedback
• Keeping abreast of current trends in event management, conference management and catering
• Welcoming and looking after conference guests
• Preparation of presentation and communication documents

• Degree in business administration with a focus on hotel/event management, marketing and corporate communications or a comparable course of study
• Experience in dealing with customers and visitors
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint...)
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Brand affinity
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Eloquence and strong communication skills
