As Quality Management, we are responsible for quality across the board: from development and production to sales and service.

Our goal: Mercedes-Benz is and remains a leader in customer perception! In order to anchor this in the long term, we are constantly driving forward the further development of internal quality processes and sensors.

The decisive factor is always what our customers perceive!

Our 'Customer Quality Sales and Aftersales' team as part of the "MO/Quality Customer Experience" department works together with partners in specialist areas (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Product Management) and markets along the value chain to make customer wishes and needs tangible in retail.

What you can expect from us:

Are you interested in how customer communication is managed at Mercedes-Benz for vehicle innovations and would you like to actively contribute to increasing our customer satisfaction?

We offer an exciting internship where you can contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience and long-term brand loyalty. As part of our team, you will focus on increasing customer satisfaction and meeting quality targets.

Through independent, cross-functional and international cooperation, this internship offers you a wide range of development opportunities. You will gain a wide range of insights into various areas of the company and the entire customer journey, as we are represented at all customer touchpoints as "Customer Quality Sales and Aftersales" and therefore work with a broad partner network.

The establishment and coordination of quality processes and the identification of global, market and product-specific fields of action are particularly important here. Using our sensors, you will play a decisive role in the concept development of our customer channels (e.g. app, web, in-car and vehicle handover) and in the management of relevant explanatory content as part of our content strategy.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

  • Project coordination and management or independent takeover of sub-projects
  • Conception, development and implementation of workshops (within the team and with our partners)
  • Supporting the conception, evaluation and further development of new sales formats
  • Managing the explanatory content in our customer channels (vehicle handover, web and future in-car applications) on the basis of customer feedback
  • Development of questionnaires and interview guidelines, as well as the management of surveys
  • Creation of presentations, analyses and reports
  • Insight into development concepts and new functions of our vehicles

Qualifikationen

What you bring with you:

  • Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, economics, marketing, communication, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of study
  • Interest in new vehicle technologies and content management
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team and a high level of self-motivation
  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
  • Creativity and a high affinity for digital media
