Your tasks may include the following, for example

• Project support
  • Working in an agile project environment
  • Creating requirements based on user feedback
  • Support in concept development and stakeholder management
  • Testing and acceptance of the implemented scopes
  • Independent processing of user enquiries
  • Requirements analysis and visual processing of information
• Contributing to process design for digital action management and developing future standards
• Creating and maintaining a globally used communication platform for digital action management
• Coordination tasks and support for the digital action management team Qualifications

You have the following:

• Degree in business administration, engineering and economics or a comparable course of study
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to familiarize yourself with IT systems
• Business fluent in German and English
• Independence, commitment, communication and teamwork skills, quick comprehension and familiarization with complex topics
• Knowledge of agile project management is desirable
• Initial experience in quality management is helpful
