Working student position in Strategy & Business Development from December 2024

The advertised working student position is a position in the area of Strategy & Business Development.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• You will accompany and actively support the continuous development and promotion of innovative strength in our leasing company
• You will support the implementation of operational and strategic initiatives
• You contribute to the further business ramp-up and further development
• You make an active contribution to the preparation and follow-up of decision papers as part of business management for the management team
• You support the creation of process descriptions and other documentation
• You support the conception and implementation of internal communication measures (social intranet, newsletter)
• You create and maintain pages in Confluence
• You support the development of our corporate culture

Qualifikationen

• Degree program: advanced studies in social sciences or economics
• Initial practical experience in the financial services industry or management consultancy is an advantage
• Familiarity with MS Power Point, Excel, Jira & Confluence
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Ability to quickly present complex topics and content
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident appearance and real team player
