The Corporate Design and Brand Naming team is responsible for the visual appearance of the Mercedes-Benz brand and associated customer brands. The development and conception of cross-divisional and cross-media Mercedes-Benz design principles and guidelines ensures a globally uniform brand presence for the Mercedes-Benz brands.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Conception, realization and implementation of international brand design standards for Mercedes-Benz and sub-brands in the brand design system
• Conception and support of communication measures and training for the Brand Design System
• Processing internal/external brand design requests for the Mercedes-Benz brand and sub-brands as well as MB companies (e.g. Mercedes-Maybach, Mercedes-AMG, Vans, Mercedes-Benz Bank, etc.)
• Processing and supervision of various sub-projects within the Brand Design team
• Creation and preparation of presentations in German and English

• Degree in media and communication sciences, online/media management, brand management, corporate design, communication/graphic design or a comparable course of study
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, knowledge of Figma an advantage
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Quick comprehension and conceptual thinking
• Willingness to work hard
• Creativity
• Communication skills
