We play a key role at the heart of change management at Mercedes-Benz by being responsible for product documentation and deployment control.

Product documentation is the basis for ensuring that the complex assembly of individual parts ultimately results in a complete vehicle and that the individual wishes of our customers are turned into reality. It is a prerequisite for parts procurement, production and after sales.

With deployment control, we ensure that changes are incorporated into the end product on time and with process reliability. As part of our team at the Bremen plant, you will support us at the interface between product development and production.

Your challenges:

• Immerse yourself in change management and become part of a team that is helping to shape the future of the automotive industry.
• Lead and record work and project meetings.
• Communicate and manage assignments with internal partners
• Support us in documenting and updating project and vehicle data
• Get creative in converting complex data into clear graphics
• Collect and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve our process efficiency
• Play an active role in the introduction and improvement of work and information processes

• You are studying industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on logistics
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Your MS Office skills are excellent (especially Excel)
• You show full commitment and enjoy working in a team
• You are characterized by analytical thinking and a strategic way of working
• You are motivated and willing to learn new things
