Working student position in Strategy Passionate People and Cultural Process from September 2024

Mercedes-Benz Operations (MO) is the Board of Management department for Production, Quality and Supply Chain Management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

Our department "Strategy Passionate People & Cultural Process" (MO/ST) consists of 20 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who always work for each other and with each other - with passion and dedication for our MO. Our vision is to shape MO for our future. We see ourselves as drivers and shapers of transformation - active, together and with our finger on the pulse of the team.

The Strategy Passionate People & Cultural Process team is responsible for cultural change within MO and continuously designs change processes at MO as well as the central cultural measures. We work closely with our Management Board, are responsible for the department's communication and actively contribute to the strategy.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• You will get to know the operational and conceptual business of the Production, Quality and Supply Chain Management division and support change management activities as part of the transformation
• You will support the conception and organization of global management events
• You take on research tasks and prepare presentations on various topics
• You support the Mercedes-Benz employee survey in MO
• You support various formats of (strategy) communication and cultural activities, such as the preparation of briefing documents, mailings or workshops
• You independently create intranet articles (department description in 2-3 sentences)
  

• You are studying business administration, media communication sciences, business psychology or a comparable course of study
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• You have a very good command of German and a good command of English (written and spoken)
• You enjoy working on a transformation project
• You are characterized by a structured, responsible and independent way of working
• You have a quick grasp and are motivated to learn new things
• You have flexibility, a high level of initiative and good verbal skills
• You have strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills
