Job Description

Your tasks

• Manage and moderate the deployment of initiatives in FTS (Failure Tracking System)
• Respond and troubleshoot incidents
• Deliver Business Requirement Document Provide business requirement documentation to IT solutions and drive business process integration with IT
• Make sure that Business process documentation is complete (according to standards, concept)
• Make sure that Business process training is delivered (according to standards, concept, adoption, …)
• Facilitate automation and optimization in processes and applications

Requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelors' / Masters' Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, Teams), Jira and Confluence
• Experienced in driving process improvements / managing change
• Ability to demonstrate strong competence in structured and rigorous working methods, pragmatic problem solving and strong influencing and communication skills
