Together with you, we want to shape transformation and provide the best possible candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding at Mercedes-Benz.

During your internship, you will have the unique opportunity to gain insights into two teams:

Together with the Talent Networks team, you will enable access to the best talent in the market by creating target group-oriented global networks: from students to senior professionals. Through communication and event formats, you accompany talents in relevant technology fields - you are in close contact with the target groups themselves as well as with our specialist departments in order to find the perfect match for them.

In the Onboarding & Master Development Program team, you will help to make the global onboarding process a formative journey for new employees. You will also accompany our participants on their way to becoming a foreman as part of the foreman development program. You will conduct assessment centers with us to validate the candidates' potential.

What you can expect:

  • Conception, support and implementation of events with internal and external talents
  • Designing target group-oriented communication formats
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of assessment centers as part of the master development program
  • Collaboration in the design and implementation of the onboarding process for new employees at Mercedes-Benz
  • Further development of the digital Welcome Day
  • Exchange with (global) interface partners at Mercedes-Benz
  • Evaluation of current trends in the areas of (active) sourcing, talent relationship management and onboarding

Qualifikationen

What you should bring with you:

  • Degree course: Psychology, economics, social sciences or a comparable degree course with a specialization in HR
  • Ideally some practical experience in the HR environment
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and OneNote
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools (e.g. MS Teams and MURAL) is an advantage
  • Personal strengths: You are both a communicative team player and able to develop concepts in a structured and creative way. You are enthusiastic about our topics, see change as an opportunity and actively help shape the future
