Mandatory Regulatory Affairs Intern (f/m/x)

For our production facility in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg we are looking for a Mandatory Regulatory Affairs Intern (f/m/x).

Tasks

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products in accordance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
• Investigate regulatory requirements for various markets.
• Prepare and review for EU and US markets SDS, PIF and product labeling.
• Support the maintenance of regulatory files and documentation.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and product information for compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met by liaising with other departments.

Requirements

• Mandatory internship for Bachelor- or Masterstudents in Regulatory Affairs Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical, or any other related field
• Knowledge or theoretical understanding of REACH, cosmetics and BPR
• Experience in preparation of SDS, as well as other safety & compliance topics is a plus
• Fluency in English mandatory, German is a plus
• Self-motivated, passionate in the regulatory field
• Very good team player who also enjoys working individually
• You have a valid work permit for Germany and are currently studying in Germany
