Working student position in the field of quality management from October 2024

What does the control and quality management of Mercedes-Benz Cars look like? And how do we manage to actively shape it and master all current and upcoming challenges?

Quality is a core value of the Mercedes-Benz brand and therefore one of the most important success factors in our work. Mercedes-Benz Cars quality management in the area of factory and delivery quality is responsible for the worldwide customer satisfaction of millions of vehicle users. We ensure quality that will continue to delight our customers tomorrow. The importance and scope of quality issues from the plants at five locations, some of which are international, are of fundamental importance to the company.

Support us as a working student in the quality control series MO/QPC in order to make an important contribution to the orientation of these product groups.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• A broad overview of the control of quality management in our plants in Europe & South Africa
• Insights into the diverse quality topics in the current series, which characterize our daily business
• Taking on independent work packages within the team
• Helping to shape and take on organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
• A position with responsibility in an international environment
• Promotion of your personal and professional skills
• An open, appreciative team culture in a broad network, supported by a modern workspace concept

• Degree in industrial engineering, communication sciences, economics, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Independent, responsible action and reliability
• Strong communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Goal and result orientation
