As a Working Student for Automation Demand & Project Support - Expert Services (f/m/d) you will be part of our Automation Consulting Team. This means supporting our cross functional teams with developers, product/project managers and digital experts. Our mission is to digitalize and automate business processes for internal and external customers, based on modern automation technologies.

What you are responsible for

• Providing support in demand management, including identifying automation opportunities and aligning them with business needs
• Helping product managers and Scrum Teams with the concept and design of processes and solutions, which contribute to the digitalization of E.ON
• Supporting delivery teams (DevOps Teams) in developing and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring the operational processing of user stories using dedicated agile project management tools
• Promoting and communicating our Process Automation Solutions across different channels

What you are good at

• Enrolled fulltime student in the field of business administration, international business, project management or other equivalent studies
• You enjoy working in diverse teams and constantly evolving work environments
• You have a broad understanding of project management principles and interest for digitalization projects
• Good knowledge of all common MS Office programs (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Ideally, first experiences with Agile Principles and working within SCRUM Teams using Projectmanagement Tools like JIRA
• Positive highly motivated team player 
• Knowledge about process automation is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbally, complete your profile
