Working Student Quality Governance (all genders) - Zalando Fashion Studios

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Working Student in Quality Governance, you will support our team in maintaining the adherence to our quality standards in Zalando’s online shop. Additionally, you will collaborate with our operational teams to correct any defects you identify.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Assuring the adherence of our quality standards in our online shop and our daily production with regular spot checks.

• Communicating with operational teams for correction on a daily basis.

• Supporting the team within diverse assigned tasks and smaller projects.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You are enrolled as a student for at least one year.

• You like to work in a team and you are able to communicate in both English and German (B2).

• You love fashion and understand how content quality adds value for our customers and pay close attention to details

• You are fast in understanding KPIs and data sets for quality evaluation

• You are used to working with various office programs and browser toolings

• You can take on responsibility for your tasks and work independently on them
