The Mercedes-Benz Customer Centers in Germany deliver over 100,000 cars and vans to customers every year. Order management supports dealers, customers and internal departments in the management and control of customer appointments and thus acts as an important interface.

These tasks and challenges await you:

  • Booking and rebooking appointments in booking systems following telephone inquiries, by e-mail or similar.
  • Booking additional services (e.g. refueling)
  • Answering special requests
  • Checking vehicle deliveries and following up with logistics partners and partner areas if necessary
  • Evaluation of store floor data
  • Occasional creation of KPIs, statistics and presentations
Qualifikationen
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • High level of commitment and ability to work in a team
  • Careful and conscientious way of working
