Working Student Project Management Support (d/f/m)

In this role, you will be working closely with the wider Customer Services community to drive Satair's transformation towards becoming the market leader in Material Management by supporting on the "Customer Pulse @ Material Services'' transformation portfolio.

This cross-functional portfolio covers all major company projects currently performed or planned within the areas of: People & Value, Order & Differentiation, Customer & Ecosystem, Execution & Competitiveness, Safety & Sustainability, Digital enablement
As a working student, you will be getting your feet wet in portfolio management and support our portfolio managers in their daily routines.

You will be reporting to the Head of Transformation and Portfolio Management working closely with the other Team Members to create the company of the future.

This role, based in Hamburg - Fuhlsbüttel and requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with our Transformation functions, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Integrate data from project leaders (via our Jira project platform) into our Google Sheets Dashboards 

• Sort and structure the data in our Google Sheets Dashboards 

• Continuously improve existing Dashboards in a smart & sustainable way

• Establish, document and update reporting process

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) in Business Management, Business Informatics, Engineering or related subjects

• Very good knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for analysing data (work with various formulas, develop graphics. Pivot, establish dashboards, etc.)

• Show reliability, organisation skills, honesty and engagement 

• First proven professional working experience as intern or working student

• Basic knowledge of project- & portfolio management as well as finance is a plus

• Ability to work both independently as well as as part of a team

• Intercultural communication skills 

• Fluency in English is mandatory, German knowledge would be a plus

• Ability to work in our office in Hamburg two days a week 

• Analytical skills & keen perception

• Positive attitude

• Knowledge of Jira, Skywise, Google Visualization API or Looker Studio would be a plus

• Further knowledge of the G-Suite package (especially Gmail, Slides & Docs) is a plus
