That is why we as a company are taking a consistent step forward: we are building a Mercedes-Benz high-performance charging network. We want charging at Mercedes-Benz to become a special customer experience. In order to build this holistic charging ecosystem as quickly as possible, we are establishing a new Charging Unit at MBM, which consists of three pillars: public charging, home charging and business charging.
Our team
We work closely together across teams and departments - within the Charging Unit at Mercedes-Benz Mobility, but also with our colleagues in all functions such as Sales, Development, Finance & Controlling and IT. Our way of working thrives on a high degree of flexibility and mutual support - even across team, divisional and departmental boundaries. Working together as partners and individual ownership are crucial for us, as are the highest standards for the results of our work, the "joy of constructive discourse" in the interest of finding the best solution and the ambition to "boldly think ahead". We regularly use mobile working in the hybrid model.
In our "Home & Energy" department, you would support the "Wallbox & Installation Services" team. We are working on future-oriented products and technologies to improve or redesign the home charging experience with topics such as bidirectional charging.

These are some of the challenges you will face

• Taking on project tasks in the area of wallbox and installation services
• Documenting the progress of the project in Confluence
• Preparation of partner selection meetings
• Preparation of communication and presentation documents for specialist and management committees
• Preparation of market and competition analyses
• Preparation of marketing and communication content
• Planning, organizing and conducting workshops on topics such as the customer journey

• Degree in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Confident handling of MS Office and a solid basic understanding of IT
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn a lot of new things
• Interest and passion for eMobility
• Ideally basic knowledge of charging and initial experience in project management
• Basic knowledge of Confluence would be an advantage
