Internship in Global Mobility Communication from November 2024

In Global Mobility Management, we organize the international employee assignments of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Designing our communication platforms on the company's internal social intranet for the various Global Mobility Management target groups.
• Managing the existing Global Mobility knowledge platforms (e.g. questions, updates).
• Planning and managing our divisional communication to international assignees, HR and specialist departments together with all players involved.
• Creating various communication elements (e.g. presentations, emails, videos, pod casts); your ideas are welcome.
• Evaluating surveys on strategically relevant aspects of our Global Mobility Policy and our service processes.
• The implementation of various data protection measures resulting from the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation

• You are completing a degree with a focus on HR management, communication (e.g. economics, psychology, sociology, business administration, economics) or something similar
• You enjoy working on communication tasks and bring creative ideas to the table
• You enjoy working on innovative topics in an international and diverse environment and as part of a team
• Your German and English skills are business fluent/very good
• You are no more than three semesters outside the standard period of study for your degree program
• You are enrolled for the entire period of employment
