Human Resources Working Student (all genders)

We are looking for a Human Resources Working Student to join our team in Berlin.

YOUR MISSION:

• Oversee the recruiting cycle of Interns and Working Students across various departments
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, interview candidates and collaborate with the hiring teams in order to close the vacancies
• Promote our vacancies on relevant platforms to engage potential talent for Highsnobiety
• Regular maintenance and update of HR systems, personnel data and HR files
• Provide support for the HR team along the employee life-cycle and strategic projects

YOUR SKILLS: 

• Currently enrolled in a university program relevant to HR and motivated to support us 20h per week
• First experience in the HR field, preferably in a creative industry (music, publishing, fashion, advertising)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of trustworthiness, integrity and empathy
• Strong attention to detail and love for accuracy
• Curious and eager to learn
• Fluency in English, German knowledge is a plus 
• Must be based in Berlin
