Your tasks:

• Understanding our products, services and sales processes and acquiring comprehensive knowledge of them
• Complete qualified and varied training modules in the smart sales training program and familiarize yourself with the specialist and methodological skills required in the sales profession
• Use your acquired knowledge to provide qualified advice to customers and inspire them for smart
• Gain sales practice for your target position in sales
• At the end of the qualification, you will take an exam to become a certified smart Expert

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
• Enjoy working with customers and have a winning manner
• High degree of performance orientation and independent working style
• Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector as well as open-mindedness for current trends and developments
• Affinity for digitalized sales processes
• A valid driving license

The position is full-time and limited to 12 months. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.
