Working student position in the Transformation Office Finance & Controlling from October 2024

Our company is in the midst of what is probably the biggest transformation in its history. The challenges facing our business are also reflected in the challenges facing the finance department. The Transformation Office FC (Finance & Controlling) plays a key role in this and coordinates all transformation initiatives in FC in close consultation with the CFO and the FC ExCom. Together with all FC departments, we are making FC fit for the future!

We work together to find the best solutions and attach great importance to regular exchange and communication at eye level. These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Planning and organizing formats and events with the Executive Board and top management
• Preparing presentations, scripts, creating and editing films, podcasts, etc.
• Analyzing extensive data (e.g. from surveys)

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
