Working Student - Equity and Index Sales Operations (f/m/d)

Your area of work
The Equity and Index Sales team is Eurex’s face to the financial industry to promote current and future derivative products. Equity and Index Sales Operations is the backbone of the Sales Team. Our goal is to build strong relationships with our existing and new clearing members, their clients and associated industry bodies.
As a Working Student – Equity and Index Sales Operations (f/m/d), you will have an excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. You will support the Team by analyzing the Performance of Eurex s equity and index derivatives in order to find out more about our clients’ needs and the impact of current developments in the market.

Your responsibilities:

• You will assist in creating internal and external reporting designing presentations and other materials to promote Eurexs derivative products
• You will gain interesting insights in data analysis and the daily tasks of a global sales team
• You will analyse and evaluate product performance
• Furthermore, you will support the team by creating ad-hoc reports and tracking initiatives
• In addition to these exciting tasks you will gain Insights in equity and index derivatives market

Your profile:

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies or other relevant fields)
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience doing data analysis in the finance area in the context of an internship or as a working student (e.g. with BI Tools, Python etc.)
• You are interested in Financial Markets and Derivatives Trading
• Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Ideally you have additional knowledge in SAP and SharePoint
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
